DALIA
The Birdseye Group was created by its founder, Dalia Stopnicki. With a steady previous career as a Marketing lead, Dalia managed large scale projects in the technology sector for years. With a knack for overseeing complex projects and considerable budgets, she excelled at successful execution from initial inception to completion. With the ability to wear many hats, an aptitude for managing people and a skill for keeping her cool, she quickly became recognized as a top player and moved up through the ranks with ease.
After starting her family in 2017, Dalia had a chance to analyze how she could use her experiences and credentials to help others. She noticed a major void in the small and medium-sized business sector. Often, these businesses were in a place seeking or experiencing tremendous growth. Owners and employees were often heads down in the daily grind checking off their tasks or in the nitty gritty of investments, HR issues and approvals. But who was there to take a step back and look at the business holistically? Who could in fact help the train stop for a moment, refuel and perhaps take a different course? Dalia found that most of these companies didn't have the capacity to manage their business strategies; either overall or by department. And so, in early 2021, Dalia launched The Birdseye Group, a true amalgamation of her skill sets and passions. In short, a helping hand to take a step back from the daily essentials and look more big picture at what is and isn't working, and offer strategies to repair that. With a love for working with people, helping others and intuitive strategic thinking, Dalia has really found her home working with businesses and creating pathways for their success.
SHANNON
Shannon has over 20 years of experience managing and developing high performance Sales teams for major global brands.
With successes in Merchandising, Brand Management, and Sales Management for premium and fashion-forward brands in Apparel and Footwear industry, she has a proven ability to elevate brand identity and drive sales growth for both new and established product lines.
She has partnered with clients to help not only develop Sales Strategies for growth but manage the day-to-day activities to set up employees and companies for success.
Throughout her career she has worked with brands such as Ralph Lauren, Jones New York, Anne Klein, Canada Goose, Roxy, Quiksilver, Calvin Klein, Speedo and Tommy Hilfiger.
Her biggest passions outside the Fashion industry are her Golden Doodle, Scout and you can almost always find her on a tennis court.
